Duckload Premium Review

I wanted to purchase a 1 day premium pass at Duckload.com. The site lists the price as 0.49 Euros (.67USD).

So I purchased it using my credit card. I was charged $8.12

I sent them an email about this:

Hello,

I recently purchased a 1 day premium pass, which is listed as 0.49 Euros on your website. However, my credit card was charged $8.12. Can you please refund the rest of the amount?

I got a response:

I checked the link and this is what it says there:

Termination of SMS and credit card subscription:
You can stop the subscription at any time by contacting us in writing by mail a notice of termination. It has to be signed personally, to be final.

Seems like they want you to send them a letter to cancel the subscription. This is too twisted. So I sent them an email today asking them to terminate my subscription. I will post more about it soon.

My advice: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!
